Returns Form & Policy

We understand that sometimes it’s not going to work out, so we’ve made our returns process as easy as possible for you. If at any stage we can help in any way at all, feel free to contact us at info@littlemischief.ie or phone +353 51 878 385 Mon-Fri 10am until 5.30pm.

Online customers are entitled to a 14 day grace period from date of invoice in which to return any unworn items with all tags still attached for a full refund, exchange or credit (excluding P&P costs, unless the item is faulty) on full priced items. Once the item has been received and processed by us, we will then refund the original payment method only. We cannot process a refund if the item is returned after the 14 day grace period. We cannot process a refund if the item has been worn, damaged or has had the labels removed. If your item/s for some reason is faulty, please notify us at info@littlemischief.ie within 24 hours of receipt and our customer service team will look after you.

We will allow a further 7 days after the 14 grace period (total return time of 21 days) in which to exchange a product for a different size, style or a store credit on full priced items only. If a different size is unavailable a refund will be processed.

If your item/s for some reason is faulty, please notify us at info@littlemischief.ie immediately within 24 hours of receipt and our customer service team will look after you.

In all cases, all returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If an item is returned and has been worn or stained in any way we cannot issue a refund / exchange. Likewise, if any item has been washed in any way or damaged,  we will not process a refund / exchange. PLEASE ensure your childrens hands etc are clean and dry before trying on items of clothing! Please ensure all original labels have not been removed, if removed we cannot process a refund/exchange.

 

How to send back an item (Ireland).

We’ve teamed up with An Post to offer you a super easy and efficient returns service. Through the Click And Post website, you can organise to drop  your parcel to your local Post Office OR have it picked up from your home or workplace. This service is only a fraction of the usual cost - a standard fee of €4.95. Please note you will need access to a printer to use this service and it is only available in the Republic Of Ireland.

If you would prefer not to use the Click & Post facility, simply fill out the returns documentation included in your package and return it to us at ‘Little Mischief, 56 John St, Waterford, Ireland, X91 DE02’ for the attention of our returns department. Please note that that package is your responsibility, so if you're not availing of the Click & Post service, we advise registering your parcel.

All returns must be folded and packed in the manner that it was sent to you in order to protect the item. Please take care to return the item in the same condition you would to a store and that the items are returned in such a condition that they are suitable for resale. All packaging and tags must be intact. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.

Please retain a copy of your invoice if you would like to exchange an item. It is advisable to keep your paperwork separate in order to avoid any ink transference onto the garment in cases where the package may get wet as this would render your return ineligible.

 

How to send back an item (Outside of Ireland).

Simply fill out the returns documentation included in your package and return it to us at ‘Little Mischief, 56 John St, Waterford, Ireland, X91 DE02’ for the attention of our returns department within the returns timeframe. Please note that that package is your responsibility so we advise registering your parcel.

All returns must be folded and packed in the manner that it was sent to you in order to protect the item. Please take care to return the item in the same condition you would to a store and that the items are returned in such a condition that they are suitable for resale. All packaging and tags must be intact. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.

Return shipping costs

​

Shipping costs for any un-damaged or non flawed items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you take care with the option you choose for postage and keep any track and trace numbers as the package is the responsibility of the customer until delivered and signed for by us.

 

In the case of faulty items or an error by ourselves, we will refund the cost of the P&P along with the cost of the item once the Return My Shopping option is used. Should you choose a different carrier we will refund up to a maximum of €5.50.

Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in accordance with the distance selling regulations and are for online orders only. In-store purchases are subject to a separate returns policy and procedure which are available to view in store.
